LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Two distinct services under one roof: expert facilitation for your most important conversations, and structured workshops and training programs that build leadership capability across your organization.
When the stakes are too high to wing it
Your leadership team offsite is next month and you need it to produce real decisions, not just good conversation. Your managers need development but you don’t have the internal capability to deliver it. You’re rolling out a major change and need your leaders equipped to bring their teams along. These are the moments where an experienced external facilitator and trainer makes the difference between time well spent and time wasted.
Facilitation Services
A skilled external facilitator allows every leader in the room to participate fully — including you. We design and run the process so you can focus on the substance. Every facilitation engagement is custom-designed for your specific objectives, team dynamics, and desired outcomes.
Strategic Planning & Offsites
Annual strategic planning sessions, leadership team offsites, vision and mission development, and goal-setting retreats. We design the agenda, facilitate the conversation, manage group dynamics, and ensure you leave with documented decisions and clear next steps — not just a whiteboard full of ideas.
Team Alignment & Conflict Resolution
When a leadership team is stuck — misaligned on priorities, avoiding difficult conversations, or operating in silos — a facilitated session can surface the real issues and create a path forward. We use assessment data and structured dialogue to move teams from politeness to candor.
Change Initiative Kickoffs
Launching a major change — a restructuring, acquisition integration, system rollout, or strategic pivot — requires getting leaders aligned before the announcement. We facilitate kickoff sessions that build understanding, surface resistance early, and equip leaders to bring their teams along.
Post-Mortems & Lessons Learned
After a major project, initiative, or crisis, an external facilitator creates the psychological safety needed for honest reflection. We structure the conversation to extract real insights — not blame — and turn them into documented improvements.
Workshops & Training Programs
Structured learning experiences designed to build specific leadership capabilities. We have access to research-backed programs from leading publishers and a full portfolio of validated assessments — so we select the right solution for your goals rather than defaulting to a single vendor’s catalog.

How It Works
Scoping Call
We discuss your objectives, audience, context, and desired outcomes. For facilitation, we learn about the team dynamics. For workshops, we identify the right program or design approach.
Design & Proposal
We develop a custom agenda, select the right assessments or frameworks, and provide a proposal with scope, timeline, and investment.
Preparation
Pre-session interviews or surveys (for facilitation), assessment administration (for workshops), and materials preparation. We do the heavy lifting so the day runs smoothly.
Delivery & Follow-Up
We facilitate or deliver the session, then provide a summary of decisions, action items, or key takeaways. For multi-day programs, follow-up coaching sessions are available.
[Placeholder: Add a testimonial about a facilitation engagement or workshop. Focus on what the session produced — decisions made, team dynamics shifted, capabilities built.]
Common Questions
What’s the difference between facilitation and a workshop?
Facilitation means we run your meeting — strategic planning, team alignment, conflict resolution. The content comes from your team; we manage the process and ensure outcomes. A workshop means we’re teaching — delivering specific content, frameworks, and skills to your leaders. Some engagements combine both: a facilitated strategy session in the morning, a skill-building workshop in the afternoon.
How far in advance should we book?
For standard workshops, 4–6 weeks is typical to allow for assessment administration and materials preparation. For strategic planning offsites and multi-day programs, 6–8 weeks is ideal. For licensed programs like Situational Leadership II, we need enough lead time to order participant materials.
Can you facilitate virtually?
Yes — we’ve designed and facilitated effective virtual sessions for teams across multiple locations. Half-day sessions tend to work best virtually; for full-day or multi-day programs, we recommend in-person when possible. For virtual delivery, we use breakout rooms, collaborative tools, and structured interaction to keep engagement high.
Do you travel?
Yes. We’re based in Dallas-Fort Worth and serve clients globally. Travel and expenses are billed separately at cost and outlined in your proposal.
