How do these services differ from one another?

Three are senior-leadership services: a Fractional CPO gives you ongoing part-time HR leadership; an Interim CPO fills a vacant CPO seat through a transition; and CPO/CHRO Selection Support helps you hire the permanent leader. Which service is right for our situation?

That is exactly what a discovery call is for. The services solve different problems, and the right one depends on what you are facing — a leadership gap, a restructuring, a hire, a deal. A 30-minute discovery call is a free, honest assessment of fit: if one of these services is the answer, we will say which; if it is not, we will say that too.

What size company do you work with?

Our sweet spot is organizations with 50 to 1,000+ employees. If you are under 50, you likely need an HR generalist first. If you are well over 1,000, you likely need a full-time CHRO. In between, this practice area gives you senior people expertise without the full-time executive overhead.

Are these retainers or fixed-fee projects?

Both, depending on the service. The Fractional CPO and Interim CPO services are monthly retainers — Fractional CPO with a 6-month minimum, because meaningful organizational change does not happen in 30 days. CPO/CHRO Selection Support, Organizational Design, Change Management, and HR Due Diligence are bounded projects with a flat fee and a defined end.
