Which assessment should I use?

It depends on what you’re trying to develop. Hogan is best for understanding leadership derailers and reputation. EQ-i 2.0 for emotional intelligence development. CliftonStrengths for leveraging natural talents. 360° Feedback for a complete picture from peers and direct reports. We recommend the right tool — we don’t default to the same assessment for everyone.

Can you coach someone who doesn’t want to be coached?

We’re direct about this: coaching only works when the individual is willing to do the work. If someone has been “voluntold” to get coaching, we address that head-on in the first session. The assessment data often helps — when people see their own patterns reflected back in validated data, resistance typically shifts to curiosity.

What about team coaching for my leadership team?

Our Team Development Programs are 3, 6, or 12-month structured engagements for intact teams. They include individual assessments for each member, team-level diagnostics, facilitated sessions, and between-session application. This isn’t a one-day offsite — it’s sustained development that changes how the team operates.

Do you offer keynote speaking for our events?

Yes. Keynotes are available on leadership development, people strategy, assessments, team dynamics, and organizational culture — drawn from 20+ years of experience at Stanford, McKesson, T-Mobile, and other organizations. Standard keynotes from existing content are $10,000; custom-developed keynotes tailored to your audience and event theme are $15,000. Virtual keynotes are also available.
